Bez is a registered industrial psychologist believing in the infinite potential of humankind, the reality of choice, the power of decisions and the necessity of taking action.

He is a highly experienced management consultant. His past experience includes Senior Project Management, Organisational Development Consulting, and Management Consulting. He also gained extensive experience in Leadership Development, Organization Cultural Transformation, Team Development, Performance Management, Organisational Development and Optimisation, Job evaluations and descriptions, Remuneration and the development and grading of organisational structures and mentoring of individuals at all levels within various organisations

Bez started his career fourty years ago in Human Resources. The first six years were spent in various big organisations covering the total spectrum of Human Resources. Before his appointment at ERG Africa, he spends the last 31 years consulting at various levels, in a variety of organisations. This includes amongst others the development, facilitation and implementation of various transformation and change processes, the development and facilitation of team development sessions at various levels in different organisations, the assessment and development of managers at various levels in a variety of organisations.
